Mr Lowe said: “We work closely with advisers to identify not only what support they feel they need but also how we can make the customer journey as smooth as possible. One example of how feedback was used is a new service which provides the option for a confirmation email on completion when additional funds have been requested.
“It might seem like a small change, but it has made customers feel better informed and more positive towards the entire process.”
Just Retirement has featured in the five-star service awards category since 2008.
“We will continue to develop the Just Retirement Money offering and we are investing in a number of new product and service innovations that we will share with advisers in 2017,” Mr Lowe said.
