"We feel that this transparency is really important, especially when you are building up a working relationship.”
She added that clients are made aware which paraplanner has been allocated to their workload in advance to improve communication.
She said: “We offer regular meetings with all of our firms to gather feedback, work through any potential issues and give them a better overall service. This allows us to tailor what we do to their needs (within reason) and continue to be an integral part of their team.”

Wynick said: “As our team are spread all over the UK, we have always worked remotely. I am very much of the opinion that as long as the work gets done, when it gets done isn’t of the greatest importance.
"If one of my team needs the morning off for whatever reason but are happy to work back the hours, that is fine with me. I think that by having this flexibility for the team, I get loyalty from them in return, which is very important. I am all about them having a good work life balance - although I am working on improving this myself!”
