FTAdviser takes home trophy at PFS Awards

FTAdviser has won the coveted personal finance news outlet of the year award at the Personal Finance Society Awards for the fifth year running.

The trophy was collected at an awards ceremony at the 12th Knot Bar, Sea Containers in London.

FTAdviser was up against The Times & The Sunday Times and Financial Planning Today, who were also shortlisted for the award.

Hosted by presenter Claudia Winkleman, co-host of Strictly Come Dancing and presenter of BBC gameshow The Traitors, the PFS Awards showcased the work of financial planners and financial journalists alike. 

Financial planning firms celebrated

But the real stars of the show were those financial planning firms and individuals whose work throughout the year was rightfully rewarded.

The prestigious title of Chartered Financial Planner of the year went to Emma Hall, while AAB Wealth took home the Chartered Financial Planning Firm award.

  • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Champion of the Year - Michelle Holgate DipPFS
  • Personal Finance News Outlet of the Year - FTAdviser
