'We don't want to cut ties, but CII needs a change in attitude'

Alan Vallance, chief executive of the CII said: “Our preferred next step has always been to sit down with PFS representatives, work through the details of governance failings and find an agreed way forward.

"This was also our preferred option last year – but sadly the governance concerns were not acknowledged.
