Aviva to add products to FNZ platform

Aviva has plans to launch new products on the FNZ Platform, including investment bonds. 

The firm announced it has extended its contract with FNZ by 15 years. 

It has also agreed to extend its contract with Diligenta which serves customers across the firm's insurance, wealth and retirement business.

Aviva said the decision was made as part of an ongoing focus to "simplify and transform" the operations of its UK business. 

Alastair Conway, the UK chief executive of FNZ said: "We’re incredibly proud of our long-standing partnership and significant achievements together, and we look forward to supporting Aviva with their exciting future growth plans."

While Doug Brown, chief executive of insurance, wealth and retirement at Aviva, said the extended partnerships with Diligenta and FNZ will allow the firm to improve efficiency for customers. 

He said: “Extending these strategic partnerships will improve how we serve our customers, further simplify our operations, and support our growth ambitions.

"It will allow us to rationalise our systems and improve efficiency, bringing significant benefits for our customers and the business.”
