Fintech residential mortgage lender, Gen H, has announced the launch of a partnership with Quilter.
It means firms belonging to the Quilter network will have access to Gen H’s residential mortgage products.
The lender said this would help buyers with the “unique” challenges of today’s mortgage market.
Charlotte Nixon, Quilter’s mortgage network proposition and distribution director, said: “Giving our advisers more tools to help today’s buyers is an important mission of ours."
She said the partnership will give firms and advisers access to "innovative solutions and flexible criteria".
All Quilter firms will have access to Gen H’s variety of products and tooling, including Gen H Pro, their proprietary submissions platform.
Gen H chief commercial officer, Pete Dockar, added: “Quilter and Gen H are completely aligned on the importance of providing real solutions that help today’s buyers achieve their homeownership ambitions.
“We are excited to be working with Quilter to further unlock home ownership for many more.”
Gen H offers standard mortgage two, three and five year products alongside its home buying bundle products which combine a Gen H mortgage with services from Gen H Legal, the lender’s independent conveyancer.
The lender launched to the mortgage market in 2019 and became intermediary-only at the start of 2024.
