PMS Mortgage Club signs deals with CRM suppliers

PMS Mortgage Club has created a panel of customer relationship management system providers for its 6,000 directly authorised members.

PMS signed deals with Acre, Smartr365 and Mortgage Brain, to become its preferred CRM suppliers.

Acre’s end-to-end mortgage intermediaries platform is available to PMS members for free until June 30, 2024 while Smartr365’s CRM will be available on enhanced terms to PMS members from March 2022.

CRM Brain, the new system from Mortgage Brain, is currently in development and set to join the panel in the second half of 2022.

PMS said its new CRM panel was the first in a series of developments to be announced in 2022 for directly authorised members of PMS and its sister-company Bankhall, alongside separate developments for appointed representatives of the Sesame Network.

Richard Howells, chief operating officer at Sesame Bankhall Group, said: “Technology is core to any advice firm, as advisers look to meet the evolving and increasingly diverse needs of their clients. As part of our promise to PMS members, we have assembled an exclusive panel of the leading technology providers.

“These are the mortgage CRM solutions that we believe are best placed to meet our members’ business needs, not only today but in the future.”

PMS said brokers often have to re-key data, or work with technology that seems unable to match the speed, price and end-user experience of newer, digital first entrants.

The firm said Acre’s platform aims to deliver a simpler homebuying process.

Howells said: “We support around 25 per cent of mortgage advisers across the UK and are constantly championing their evolving needs. Acre’s technology is designed to transform the mortgage application process, drive business efficiency and create advice capacity to help serve more clients.”
