Autumn Statement: 'It isn't going to make a huge difference'

He said: "Whilst very much welcoming the changes, I do feel it isn't going to make a huge amount of difference to those who have seen their gas and electric bills triple over the last 12 or 24 months. I don't feel it's going to make a huge difference."
