The two acquisitions were Integrity Wealth Solutions in Nuneaton and Adroit Financial Planning in Manchester.
“This is absolutely part of our strategy, and we intend to make further purchases. We know lots of adviser firms, so we absolutely anticipate more will join over time,” said the chief executive.
