Investors should beware conflict of interest with EIS

Currie also told FTAdviser that stronger names and "trophy companies" in the EIS world were attracting lots of money but there were plenty of other companies needing money so there was plenty of potential for the market to grow.

This ultimately would help the UK economy, with approximately £30bn already being put into helping British businesses thrive since the launch of EIS in 1994.
