Even if you do not want to undergo the full certification process there is a cyber essentials readiness tool. This includes a series of questions and information to help you think about the various aspects of cybersecurity protection within your business.
It is supported by lots of additional information and guidance on the key cybersecurity concepts covered in the questions. User responses then feed into a downloadable action plan.
For sole traders and small businesses, the NCSC also provides a cyber aware action plan, which takes less than five minutes to complete.
