General election frenzy getting too much? Then here is a cause you can really get behind: the FT Adviser Financial Adviser Service Awards 2024.

Now in their 34th year, the awards have established themselves as the benchmark for provider service levels in the industry. Over 4,000 of you voted last year and we'd like to canvass your opinion once more.

Who has gone over and above to help you and your clients? Who has made considerable effort to improve their service levels on last year? Whose service is falling short? Who is a newcomer that has started punching above their weight?

Here is your opportunity to say which providers have given you quality service throughout the past year, which ones have improved over the course of 12 months, and which ones have failed to hit the mark.

We have spent time over the past year revising the questions and making sure the categories reflect the fast-changing world of financial services, and we are grateful to our editorial panel of financial advisers and financial advice business owners for helping to shape our FASA survey.

This questionnaire will take between five and eight minutes to complete.

Please read the instructions on our website here, and have a look at the category definitions before filling in the questionnaire, and remember to only rate those companies you have done business with in the last 12 months.

We can only accept completed questionnaires from FCA-authorised intermediaries and mortgage and insurance advisers who have completed and submitted the survey themselves. All other entries will be disqualified.

As before, we will be carrying out checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the vote.

The information you give will be reported anonymously in an aggregated format and you will not be identified personally.

Those who achieve the coveted five and four stars, as well as improvers at three stars, will celebrate at the prestigious awards ceremony in November, at the Natural History Museum. You can watch last year's footage here
