The Diversity in Finance Awards celebrate individuals who have demonstrated their support for minority groups and promoted and inspired those who are otherwise under-represented, as well as recognising companies whose policies, schemes or initiatives encourage and enable diversity in the workplace.
To celebrate our winners, and to applaud all those who were highly commended and shortlisted, our DIFA 2020 awards webinar took place on September 2, sponsored by Metlife.
International development professional Dr Sheila Ochugboju joined Simoney Kyriakou, the editor of Financial Adviser, to talk about her experience working with various United Nations agencies to foster resilience and improve inclusion.
She was also joined by Keith Richards, chief executive of the Personal Finance Society, who discussed how to make diversity an integral part of financial services culture.
And, of course, all the winners and runners-up were revealed, too.
